Michigan Investment Competition (MIC) is a venture capital investment competition in which students play the role of venture capitalists. Student teams evaluate real ventures as investment opportunities and pitch an investment strategy to VC judges. There will be training sessions and multiple rounds of competition, with winning team members potentially invited to represent Michigan at intercollegiate events. This year's Michigan Ross FinTech Challenge is to build a cryptocurrency based solution. Through this immersive experience, students will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with students across the School of Information, Ross, and Engineering.
